HSE has once again been awarded the Fair Company seal. This is the second time we’ve pledged ourselves to offering fair working conditions to students, young professionals and those just starting out in their careers, as well as meeting the expectations and values of generations Y and Z.
As a “Fair Company”, we meet specific requirements in the following areas: work organisation and leadership, compensation and development opportunities as well as corporate culture and values. This includes, for example, an open and mutual feedback culture, learning and training options and equality among employees. HSE scored particularly well in the areas of corporate culture, personnel development and work organisation, among others.
“HSE is and remains a Fair Company. The fact that we have once again received the seal confirms our measures and our claim to offer young people a fair chance and exciting development opportunities right from the start,” says a delighted Roman Klein, Senior Director Human Resources at HSE.
In addition to internships, practical training and trainee programmes, HSE also offers an integrated degree programme in "Business Administration Retail Management and E-Commerce" and various apprenticeships: Management Assistant in E-Commerce, Management Assistant in Wholesale and Retail, IT Specialist Application Development and IT Specialist in System Integration.
As an award-winning company, we are a member of the Handelsblatt Fair Company Initiative. Fair Company is the largest and best-known employer initiative in Germany committed to ensuring fairer working environments. The initiative was founded in 2004 by Handelsblatt, the German-language business newspaper.
