"Let's shake it": The HSE app inspires with an innovative and unrivaled function – the shake feature. This makes shopping fun and easy: Customers who are interested in a product shown on the live show can simply open the HSE shopping app, shake their smartphone briefly, and the article is displayed with all the relevant information. This makes the ordering process much faster, because there is no need to search for the product first.
In April 2019, HSE already launched the native app, which allows products to be purchased in the live stream without having to leave the current broadcast. HSE is still the only retailer in Germany and Austria that offers a shopping function directly from the stream. With the new shake feature, which was developed entirely in-house, HSE now makes the shopping experience even more attractive and user-friendly as part of its omnichannel strategy. And HSE customers love it: Thanks to the new function, the conversion rate has increased by more than 25%. More than 230,000 users (iOS and Android) have installed the app and mostly commented positively. The app received a user rating of 4.9 in the Google Play Store – iPhone users rate the app with 4.6 out of a possible 5 stars.

Now the product you desire is only a shake away."
