What my job is:
In our department we work on the continuous further development of all call center training topics as well as the conceptional implementation and expansion of our learning management system. My personal passion are the trainings and workshops for the specialist area as well as on site at our service partners and combining our e-learning units with classroom training. I also coordinate user-specific adaptations of KIK modules (Information, Culture & Communications) as well as the development of features in close and team-oriented cooperation with our CRM and IT specialists.
What I particularly like about HSE:
I really appreciate the friendly work environment, and I enjoy the day-to-day challenges. No two days are the same. I am proud of the work we do as a team every day.
