Manager Solution Architecture (m/f/d)

What you can expect:
- Conception of complex software solutions and application architectures
- Development of cloud native applications
- Interface to other departments
- Carrying out and facilitating workshops
- Supporting product managers in finding a solution
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Analysis and solution of complex problems
- Creation of data models
- Support the team with best practice approaches
- Promotion of continuous transfer of know-how and further development of the team
- Coach and translator for the product team
Requirements
- Degree in business informatics or similar
- serveral years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Extensive experience in the development of cloud applications
- Several years of experience in the design of complex distributed systems
- Strong analytical skills, an understanding of complex corporate and business processes
- Proven experience in working with interdisciplinary agile teams
- Strong communication skills, proactive and motivated
- Business fluency in German & English

Where we work
Ismaning is located on the outskirts of Munich between the Bavarian capital and the airport. The HSE campus is 13 kilometers from the city center of Munich and is easy to reach by all means of transportation. The suburban train (S8) takes you from Ismaning to Munich’s Marienplatz in 23 minutes, or the airport terminal in just 15 minutes. There are also bus connections to the Studentenstadt (U6) subway station. Our campus offers everything you need: a cafeteria, roof terraces, various lawns, and green areas for a stroll during lunch, as well as plenty of free parking.
