Customer Advisors: communication talents and customer care representatives

We are the team that takes care of all contact channels – whether at home in front of the TV or on the road, whether taking orders, service requests, or social media: our customers reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether sweater, vacuum cleaner, fairy lights, or make-up: after or during the broadcast, you advise our customers on which product is right for them or in which colors and designs it is available. There will never be a dull moment because our customers and their concerns are at least as diverse as our products, and creators.

As a Customer Advisor, you process e-mails, social media inquiries, or even the letters of our customers and ensure that they are satisfied even in the event of a complaint. In addition, you check the product reviews and edit them for the best possible customer satisfaction. From ordering to Facebook posts: Every day, you let our customers feel that they are the top priority at HSE. With your enthusiasm and your talent as a customer care representative, you turn first-time buyers into regular customers!

Quality Management: Always the right words

In the Training department, you ensure that the external call center companies and our internal Service Center are optimally trained with regard to customer inquiries and that customer inquiries are processed consistently and with the best quality.

As a Coach you make sure in the internal Service & Competence Center that customer inquiries are processed with a uniform quality at the highest level and thus ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

In Performance & Outsourcing Management, you are in constant contact with our external call centers. You control and calculate the customer volume of the planned TV programs and thus ensure optimal service and accessibility – from order acceptance to all customer inquiries.

Where we work

Ismaning is located on the outskirts of Munich between the Bavarian capital and the airport. The HSE campus is 13 kilometers from the city center of Munich and is easy to reach by all means of transportation. The suburban train (S8) takes you from Ismaning to Munich’s Marienplatz in 23 minutes, or the airport terminal in just 15 minutes. There are also bus connections to the Studentenstadt (U6) subway station. Our campus offers everything you need: a cafeteria, roof terraces, various lawns, and green areas for a stroll during lunch, as well as plenty of free parking.
