Every year we present more than 17,000 products to our customers via TV and other channels, which is only made possible by the combined efforts of our approximately 1,200 employees, who have one goal in mind: To further grow HSE’s success as an omnichannel retailer and to inspire customers with unique products and the best possible service. Until the product ends up on the live shows or in the online shop and from there to our customers, many departments work hand in hand. In addition to the TV Production & Broadcasting, Purchasing, Marketing, IT, Processes, Project Management & Business Development, Sales Planning & Business Analytics, Logistics and Customer Experience departments, the Corporate Functions department also contributes significantly to the company’s success.
Human Resources: Focus on employees
In the HR team you take care of our most important asset: our employees. You make sure that our employees feel at home with us and can identify with our corporate values. You are always there for your colleagues and always have an open ear for questions and problems!
Using your recruiting skills, for example, you ensure that each department finds new colleagues who fit the team perfectly. Finding employees is one thing, but retaining employees is just as important if not more. That is why you offer our new colleagues a warm welcome and intensive onboarding right from the start. With further training measures optimally tailored to their needs, you ensure that they always stay up to date and that they can build up and expand their know-how and skills.
Corporate Communications: Spokesperson and image maintainer
In the Corporate Communications team, we are the puppet masters and the spokespeople of HSE. Both in internal communication with our employees and externally with our stakeholders: As part of the Corporate Communications team, you will communicate a uniform image in line with our values and strategy. You are the direct contact for daily, business, and specialist media.
Improved credibility and awareness of HSE in the relevant target groups is the result of your work and would not be possible without your help.
Finance: Guardians and administrators of the companies accounts
The Finance department consists of Finance & Accounting, Group Accounting and Accounts Receivable Risk Management. We are also in close contact with the financial teams of our foreign subsidiary. In the Controlling department, for example, you will advise the respective responsible persons in all questions of cost, investment and inventory management, and point out optimization potential. In the Treasury department, you support the operative business of HSE by ensuring the solvency of the company and minimizing financial risks.
Whether Finance & Accounting, Bookkeeping, Controlling, or Treasury: You manage the company finances and thus contribute directly to its success.
Legal & Compliance: A clear view of the maze of paragraphs
Regardless of which business area is involved, there is no way around our Legal department. A team of lawyers, compliance officers and team assistants at Legal & Compliance ensures that everything is done by the book at HSE. Topics on the agenda include, for example, patent examination and trademark registration or the legally compliant drafting of model and broadcasting contracts. And in our administrative department Media Law, Policy & Reach you negotiate contracts with infrastructure providers, carry out association work and are responsible for broadcasting licenses, among other things.

Where we work
Ismaning is located on the outskirts of Munich between the Bavarian capital and the airport. The HSE campus is 13 kilometers from the city center of Munich and is easy to reach by all means of transportation. The suburban train (S8) takes you from Ismaning to Munich’s Marienplatz in 23 minutes, or the airport terminal in just 15 minutes. There are also bus connections to the Studentenstadt (U6) subway station. Our campus offers everything you need: a cafeteria, roof terraces, various lawns, and green areas for a stroll during lunch, as well as plenty of free parking.
