The company reaches about 46 million households in the DACH region through its three TV channels (HSE, HSE Extra and HSE Trend).

What you can expect:

  • You design and architect complex software solutions and cloud-native web applications
  • You analyze complex problems and create comprehensive data models and technical solutions
  • You collaborate cross-functionally with product teams and departments to translate business requirements into technical implementations
  • You lead knowledge transfer through workshops, coaching, and technical mentoring within development teams
  • You drive architectural excellence by establishing architecture guidelines and design standards, conducting solution reviews, and mentoring teams on design principles and patterns
  • You bridge business and technology by explaining technical concepts in accessible terms to stakeholders

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business informatics, computer science or a similar field
  • You have several years in solution architecture or comparable senior technical role
  • You have extensive experience in developing cloud-native and web applications
  • You have proven track record in designing complex distributed systems
  • You demonstrate strong analytical abilities with deep understanding of complex enterprise business processes
  • You have demonstrated success in collaborating with interdisciplinary agile teams
  • You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, being proactive and motivated
  • You are fluent in both business German and English

Where we work

Ismaning is located on the outskirts of Munich between the Bavarian capital and the airport. The HSE campus is 13 kilometers from the city center of Munich and is easy to reach by all means of transportation. The suburban train (S8) takes you from Ismaning to Munich’s Marienplatz in 23 minutes, or the airport terminal in just 15 minutes. There are also bus connections to the Studentenstadt (U6) and Arabellaparl (U4) subway station. Our campus offers everything you need: a cafeteria, roof terraces, various lawns, and green areas for a stroll during lunch, as well as plenty of free parking.
